Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) is a type of talking therapy that helps you manage your mood by changing how you think and act. We will usually work together weekly, or fortnightly.

CBT is effective for a large number of common mental health and emotional problems seen in teenage years and young adulthood such as low mood, anxiety and low self-esteem.
I can work with young people aged 11-18 years, subject to assessment.

Some people find it easier to talk and process their thoughts and emotions when not sitting in a room in direct eye shot of their therapist. I offer 'Walk and Talk' as a therapeutic option. We can use my therapy room for some sessions, and get out and about as you choose: it's up to you!
