Hello! My name is Jodi and I'm a Cognitive Behavioural Psychotherapist, personal trainer and wellbeing coach living in Faringdon, Oxfordshire.
I offer both face-to-face and online therapy for young people (11+) and adults to help with a wide range of mental health problems and emotional difficulties such as depression, low self-esteem, stress, anxiety and life changes.
I have over 20 years of experience of working in the NHS. My life and career path has followed many twists and turns; I hope this makes me more relatable and grounded when it comes to working with people who need my support.

I provide a safe and non-judgemental space for you to talk. I'll listen and ask questions, but together, we will start to make sense of your struggles, and map the way forward to a happier and healthier life.
